You will take a lead role in supporting our team to deliver the best possible service. You'll work closely with our designers, editors, marketers, managers and contractors, helping to ensure that they can continue to deliver the epic training, content and results that our clients need the most.
From scheduling customer meetings, to following up enquiries, helping organise events and keeping our customer data in order, you will thrive here if you enjoy making people’s lives better. You will pitch in at our live and online events, help manage the Director's diary, notice when your team-mates could use some support and play a vital role in helping everyone stay organised, and get on with doing what they do best.

We are a tech-savvy organisation, so it's important that you are eager to learn and quick to pick up new software. Whilst it will be helpful if you have used G-Suite, Zoom, Xero or ActiveCampaign, experience isn't essential. We’ll make sure you get the training you need. What's most important is a ‘can do' attitude, great time management and the desire to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
